Within Wix's PCI environment, we maintain the highest standard of encryption and storage measures using a FIPS 140-2-certified HSM (Hardware Security Module). Our customers’ data at rest encryption utilizes AES-256, the industry’s most broadly used encryption method.
Wix holds PCI DSS Level 1: Merchant & Service Provider, a standard which provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of card data used to complete online transactions.
