At SOUTHERNALITY BRAND LLC, DBA Southernality (“Company”, "we," "us," or "our"), we take pride in creating authentic, high-quality products that stay true to our values, all while ensuring our customers are as happy as pigs in mud. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry - we’ve got you covered with our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

This Return and Exchange Policy defines the conditions under which a customer may return a product/item purchased through our website at https://www.southernality.com ("Website" or "Site”), and any of our affiliated sites linked to this Return and Exchange Policy, or purchased from us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, events, emails, customer service, social media, or our mobile app (where available) (collectively our "Services" or “Platforms”) for a refund (“Return”), or for the same product in a different size, color, or variation (“Exchange”).

 

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

  • Products in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, within 30 days of the purchase date, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

 

WHAT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Coffee Beans (due to their perishable nature and storage requirements to maintain freshness)

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

  1.  Contact our customer service team at info@southernality.com to initiate the return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Have your purchase details ready, and we may request photos of the product(s).

  2.  If eligible, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

  3.  Securely pack the product(s) along with the RA number and proof of purchase.

  4.  Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return and Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping method, carrier, or courier of your choice. Be sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

  5.  Once we receive your return and it is inspected and approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, we will proceed with processing either a refund or an exchange.

    • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. 

    • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card after processing, though they may take longer depending on your payment method and provider.

    • Exchanges for a different size, color, or variation of equal value will be processed as soon as possible, based on product availability.

    • If you haven’t received your refund or exchange within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@southernality.com and we will be happy to assist you further.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you received a damaged or defective item, or an order error was made on our part, please reach out to our customer service team at info@southernality.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

RIGHT TO CHANGE AND MODIFY TERMS

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time to keep up to date with legal and regulatory requirements, and the way in which we operate our business. Please review this Return and Exchange Policy regularly to stay updated with the latest version. Where permitted by law, your continued use of the Website and/or use of our Platforms and/or Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and agreement to our practices. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future updates, do not use or access (or continue to access) our Website, Platforms, and/or Services.​
