This Return and Exchange Policy defines the conditions under which a customer may return a product/item purchased through our website at https://www.southernality.com ("Website" or "Site”), or any website of ours that links to this Return and Exchange Policy, or purchased from us in other related ways, including sales, marketing, events, emails, customer service, social media, or our mobile app (where available) (collectively our "Services" or “Platforms”) for a refund (“Return”), or for the same product in a different size, color, or variation (“Exchange”).
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

Products in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, within 30 days of the purchase date, and with all original tags still attached.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Contact our customer service team at info@southernality.com to initiate the return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Have your purchase details ready, and we may request photos of the product(s).

If eligible, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack the product(s) along with the RA number and proof of purchase.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return and Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping method, carrier, or courier of your choice. Be sure to keep your tracking number for reference.

Once we receive your return and it is inspected and approved by our Quality Control (QC) team, we will proceed with processing either a refund or an exchange.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card after processing, though they may take longer depending on your payment method and provider.

Exchanges for a different size, color, or variation of equal value will be processed as soon as possible, based on product availability.
